应用2个蓖麻材料(哲雌一号,紫茎;青塔,绿茎)进行正、反交组配,对获得的F1及其自交后代F2、F3代植株茎色调查结果表明:蓖麻茎色遗传属核基因遗传,紫色(A)对绿色(a)为显性,绿茎为隐性。F2代植株茎色出现分离,浅紫、紫、绿色比符合9∶3∶4的比例,属2对等位基因控制且具基因互作现象。F3代植株茎色分离比例比较复杂,显性色彩减弱基因M可使A表现减弱,呈浅紫色A-M-。据此判定哲雌一号茎色基因型为AAmm(紫茎),青塔茎色基因型为aaMM(绿茎)。
