探讨活血化瘀中成药复方苔藓片对口腔扁平苔藓（ＯＬＰ）患者红细胞免疫功能（ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲ、ＲＢＣ－ＩＣ）的调节作用，为临床用药提供依据。方法：６０例ＯＬＰ患者随机分为３组，分别给予复方苔藓片、昆明山海棠片及多抗甲素片进行治疗，采用酵母多糖法检测了治疗前后 ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲ及ＲＢＣ－ＩＣ的变化。结果：治疗 ２个月后复方苔藓片对ＯＬＰ患者红细胞免疫功能的调节明显优于昆明山海棠和多抗甲素。结论：复方苔藓片是治疗ＯＬＰ的一种有效而副作用轻微的药物，值得在临床上推广应用。
To explore the regulatory effects of the traditional Chinese medicine Huoxuehuayu compound Chinese moss tablet on the red blood cell immune function (RBC-C3bR, RBC-IC) in patients with oral lichen planus (OLP), so as to provide the basis for clinical drug use. Methods: Sixty patients with OLP were randomly divided into three groups. The rats were given compound moss tablets, Kunming Shanhai Tablets and poly A tablets. The changes of RBC-C3bR and RBC-IC before and after treatment were detected by yeast polysaccharide method. RESULTS: After 2 months of treatment, the compound broth tablets significantly improved red blood cell immune function in patients with OLP than Kunshan jellyfish and polyclonal A. Conclusion: Compound moss tablet is an effective and slightly side-effect drug for the treatment of OLP. It is worthy of clinical application.
