ＣＴ增强扫描是ＣＴ诊断中的重要手段 ,但使用大剂量造影剂所引起的不良反应一直为大家所重视。当前用于ＣＴ增强扫描的造影剂有离子型和非离子型两大类 ,我们分别使用这两种类型的造影剂进行ＣＴ增强扫描 ,对其不良反应和增强的显像效果进行比较 ,以探讨其临床应用价值。材料
