我国农村土地流转依然存在着政府干预过度、机制不够健全、流转不够规范、服务不够到住等问题.笔者认为,要结合农村的实际,深入剖析存在问题的原因,加快完善农村土地流转法律法规,健全管理体制,强化监督监管,加快流转体系建设,全面推进农村土地流转的进程.
