案例问诊8月中旬,我跳槽到一家物流贸易公司任人力资源部经理。公司现有600余人,人力资源部共有6人,做的部是基础性的人事工作。目前,总部对我部门的工作很不满意。我总结了一下,主要存在两方面问题:一是员工的工作积极性不高,尤其是几个年长于我的下属,非常难管理;二是人力资源基础工作薄弱,对业务部门支持不到位,比如:一线人员招聘不及时,对总部的相关制度推动跟进、落实监督不力等等。
Case inquiry In mid-August, I switched to a logistics and trade company as human resources manager. The company now has more than 600 people, a total of six human resources department, the Ministry is doing basic human resources. At present, the headquarters is not satisfied with the work of my department. I summed up the main problems in two aspects: First, the enthusiasm of employees is not high, especially in a few older than my subordinates, very difficult to manage; Second, weak human resources foundation for business support is not in place, such as : Front-line staff recruitment is not timely, to promote the follow-up of the relevant headquarters system, the implementation of ineffective supervision and so on.
