电动助力转向系统(EPS)是一种通过电动机为驾驶员提供转向助力的装置。系统的控制器(ECU)通过控制PWM输出脉冲占空比的方式来决定电动机电枢两端的电压,从而控制助力电流的大小。本文给出了基于飞利浦P87C591单片机的EPS硬件电路框图,并详细介绍了功率驱动电路及逻辑控制电路。对所设计的硬件电路在试验台架上进行了各种试验,结果表明:设计的硬件电路在软件的配合下能够实现基本的控制功能。
Electric Power Steering (EPS) is a device that provides the driver with steering assist through a motor. The system controller (ECU) determines the voltage across the armature of the motor by controlling the duty cycle of the PWM output pulse to control the magnitude of the boosting current. This text has given the EPS hardware circuit block diagram based on Philips P87C591 one-chip computer, and introduced the power driven circuit and logic control circuit in detail. The hardware circuit designed on the test bench carried out various tests, the results show that: the design of the hardware circuit in the software to achieve the basic control functions.
