常常想起却每每觉得难于下笔的这个题目,已经在脑海中很有些时日了。我也曾经有过放弃它的念头,无奈挥之不去,近来竟更加萦绕心头。特别是看了一些地方发生的有关财政的几个案例的报道,就更加感到哪怕不成熟,哪怕很微弱,也应该发发自己的心声。因为对于为政府管家,为人民理财的这件关乎国计民生的大事,这个问题显得太重要了。随着财税体制改革的不断推进和深化,它将会显得越来越重要。 Often think of it but feel difficult to write down the subject, has been in my mind for some time.
