甘肃省在粮油高产创建中通过实施12345模式,促进了良种的更新换代步伐,确定了不同作物的种植密度和施肥水平,解决了产业发展中的几个关键问题,加快了机械化的推进步伐,总结出了一系列农业生产的种植模式,创出了一大批高产典型。使高产创建工作成为农技推广部门发挥作用的标杆、开展农民培训的课堂和教室、成果展示的平台、集成示范推广的示范基地。为持续推进高产创建,必须依靠科学技术发展生产;加大优良新品种选育,健全新优品种的推广力度;改善农田基础设施,提高耕地产出能力;促进土地承包经营,推动生产全程机械化;进一步完善对农业生产补贴的方式方法;加强灾害预警与抗逆减灾技术研发,科学抗灾减损。
