以金属热还原法制备的V-Ti-Fe合金为原料进行熔盐电解,对合金脱氧过程进行研究,考察了电解时间对合金脱氧效果的影响。结果表明,熔盐电解法可去除V-Ti-Fe合金中的大部分氧,随着电解时间的延长,合金氧含量逐渐降低,电解240min后最终降至0.2%左右。经熔盐电脱氧处理后V-Ti-Fe合金的吸放氢性能有所改善,随着电解时间的延长,其最大吸氢量和有效放氢量均有所增加,最高分别可达2.65%和1.01%。
The V-Ti-Fe alloy prepared by the metal thermal reduction method was used as raw material for molten salt electrolysis. The deoxidation process of the alloy was studied. The effect of electrolysis time on the deoxidation effect of the alloy was investigated. The results show that molten salt electrolysis can remove most of the oxygen in the V-Ti-Fe alloy. With the extension of electrolysis time, the oxygen content of the alloy gradually decreases, and finally decreases to 0.2% after 240min electrolysis. The hydrogen absorption and desorption performance of V-Ti-Fe alloy improved after molten salt deoxidation treatment. With the extension of electrolysis time, the maximum hydrogen absorption capacity and effective discharge capacity increased up to 2.65% And 1.01%.
