近几年,随着居民收入的普遍增长和移动互联网的快速普及,我国互联网保险发展迅猛。本文在互联网金融快速发展的背景下,基于新制度经济学的分析框架,以相关数据和研究文献为基础,从我国互联网发展变迁历程及现状分析出发,总结归纳了我国互联网保险发展存在的主要问题,对我国互联网保险发展变迁的创新路径进行了初步探讨。研究认为,我国互联网保险发展路径的未来方向是通过大数据的精细挖掘提供精细定价及个性化服务,依托移动终端实现消费者服务自助化和借助其他电子商务品牌进行跨界运作生态化发展,以及推动互联网保险与其他互联网行业协同发展;同时,也应在总结经验的基础上,务必重视互联网保险创新发展与严格监管的平衡走向。
In recent years, with the general increase of residents’ income and the rapid popularization of mobile Internet, the internet insurance in our country is developing rapidly. Based on the analysis framework of new institutional economics, based on relevant data and research literature, this paper starts from the evolution and evolution of Internet in our country and summarizes the main problems in the development of Internet insurance in China , A preliminary discussion on the innovation path of the development and change of internet insurance in our country. The study shows that the future direction of China’s internet insurance development path is to provide fine pricing and personalized service through the careful mining of big data, relying on the mobile terminal to realize the self-help of consumer service and the ecological development of cross-border operation with other e-commerce brands, and Promote the coordinated development of Internet insurance and other Internet industries; meanwhile, we should also attach importance to the balanced development of innovation and strict regulation of internet insurance on the basis of summing up experience.
