本文根据断裂力学基本观点以及高分子材料固有的分子运动特征,讨论了具有特殊断面形貌的玻璃态聚合物的断裂行为,研究了室温下水分和湿热老化作用对国产YB-3和YB-4航空有机玻璃平面应变断裂韧性的影响。发现玻璃所吸收的水分不会造成材料在静载荷作用了耐裂纹性能的下降。
In this paper, the fracture behavior of glassy polymer with special cross-sectional morphology was discussed based on the fundamental fracture mechanics and inherent molecular motion characteristics of polymer materials. The effects of moisture and heat-aging at room temperature on the wear resistance of domestic YB-3 and YB-4 Effect of Plane Strain Fracture Toughness of Aviation Plexiglass. It was found that the moisture absorbed by the glass did not result in a decrease of the crack-resistant properties of the material under static load.
