One of Accenture’s findings is surprising: most companies translate less than a fifth of their ideas into business value, and only a quarter of managers are convinced that their company is good at bringing innovation to fruition, Even the most pioneering companies consider turning less than 60% of flash ideas into business value. The survey also shows that it is generally believed that the implementation of a good idea is far more difficult than the brewing process. The fundamental reason is that the center of gravity of the enterprise throughout the innovation stage is that people tend to pay too much attention to the creation of ideas and the implementation plans are put on the shelf. It is not easy to translate innovation into practical business outcomes, and many innovations fail at this stage. Therefore, it is necessary and necessary to add “execution” energy to “innovation” engines.
