在项目施工的全过程之中,降低工程造价的工作是贯穿于始终的,各个管理以及参与的部门,务必要全方位的提高节约造价认识的力度,严格的按照降低造价的要求来充分的落实各项工作,选择科学、合理的建设方案,进行全方位系统的建设施工监督与管理,只有这样,工程造价工作才能顺利展开。鉴于此,文中笔者根据多年工作经验对影响工程造价的因素及采取的措施进行分析。
