本文检测了44例足月新生儿脐血血脂水平,并应用PCR方法检测了载脂蛋白E(apoE)基因多态性。结果发现:新生儿apoE基因表型E3/2、E3/3、E4/3频率分别为0.091、0.727、0.182,等位基因ε2、ε3、ε4频率分别为0.045、0.864、0.091。apoE表型间各血脂水平虽无统计学差异,但血清TC、LDL-c、apoB及apoB/A1水平按E3/2、E3/3、E4/3顺序逐渐增加。多元逐步回归分析发现,调整出生体重后,ε4位点与apoB、apoB/A1水平正相关,ε3位点与apoB水平正相关。研究提示:apoE多态性对脐血TC、apoB、LDL-c等水平已有影响,新生儿血脂水平受遗传因素影响。研究新生儿期apoE多态性对血脂的影响对于阐明HPL、AS等病理机制及提出早期防治措施具有重要意义。
In this study, 44 cases of full-term neonatal umbilical blood serum levels were detected and detected by PCR PCR apolipoprotein E (apoE) gene polymorphisms. The results showed that the frequencies of apoE gene E3 / 2, E3 / 3 and E4 / 3 were 0.091, 0.272 and 0.182, respectively. The frequencies of alleles ε2, ε3 and ε4 were 0.045, 0.864, 0.091. There was no significant difference in serum lipid levels between apoE and apoE phenotypes, but the levels of TC, LDL-c, apoB and apoB / A1 in serum increased gradually according to the order of E3 / 2, E3 / 3 and E4 / 3. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis found that after adjusting for birth weight, ε4 locus positively correlated with apoB and apoB / A1 levels, and ε3 locus positively correlated with apoB level. The study suggests that: apoE polymorphisms on cord blood TC, apoB, LDL-c and other levels have been affected, neonatal lipid levels by genetic factors. Studying the influence of apoE polymorphism in neonatal period on the blood lipid is of great significance for elucidating the pathological mechanism of HPL and AS and proposing early prevention and treatment measures.
