边疆少数民族新生在刚刚步入大学生活时,往往比其他学生要面临更多的环境变化。这些学生自身适应性的高低,则对其之后人生发展有着至关重要的影响。为此,本文依靠CSAI大学生适应性量表,对入学新生就学习适应性、角色适应性、人际适应性、职业选择适应性、生活自理适应性、环境总体认同、身心症状表现等方面进行问卷调查,寻找边疆少数民族新生与其他新生的适应性差异,并以此提出相应的对策。
Freshmen from the border areas often face more environmental changes than other students when they are just entering university. The level of adaptability of these students will have a crucial impact on their future development. To this end, this paper relies on the CSAI College Students’ Adaptability Scale to conduct a questionnaire survey on freshmen’s adaptability, role adaptability, interpersonal adaptability, occupational choice adaptability, self-adaptability, environment overall identity and physical and mental symptoms , Looking for the adaptability difference between the newborn and other freshmen in frontier ethnic minority, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
