目的探讨健康教育在慢性乙型肝炎患者护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月—2016年4月收治的204例慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各102例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的前提下实施健康教育,比较两组治疗效果、护理满意度与健康教育达标率,计数资料采用χ~2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组优良率84.31%,对照组为65.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.438,P<0.05);观察组满意度96.08%,对照组满意度76.47%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.558,P<0.05);观察组健康教育达标率97.06%,对照组健康教育达标率86.27%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.765,P<0.05)。结论健康教育在慢性乙型肝炎患者护理工作中的应用效果显著,可提高患者的治疗效果与护理满意度,还可以患者对疾病知识的知晓率,在临床上具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on the nursing of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods A total of 204 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 102 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group underwent routine education and health education The treatment effect, nursing satisfaction and health education compliance rate were compared between two groups. The count data were tested byχ ~ 2 test, and the difference was statistically significant at P <0.05. Results The excellent and good rate was 84.31% in the observation group and 65.68% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 9.438, P <0.05). Satisfaction of the observation group was 96.08% and that of the control group was 76.47% (Χ ~ 2 = 16.558, P <0.05). The compliance rate of health education in the observation group was 97.06%, and the compliance rate of health education in the control group was 86.27%, there was a significant difference between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 7.765 , P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of health education on the nursing of patients with chronic hepatitis B is significant, which can improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients, and can also make the patients know the disease knowledge clinically.
