教师在学校教学中居于主导地位,教师素质高低将直接影响教学质量,作为职业学院的教师,他的素质结构应是教育教学理论、专业知识、职业行业基本理论、基础知识、实践能力等构成的立体网络结构,而这一素质结构正是“双师型”教师的内涵。因此,培养“双师型”教师,使“双师型”教师在学校教师队伍中占有一定的比例,是保证教学质量的前提。本文就学校建设“双师型”教师队伍的途径、机制等,谈了自己粗浅的看法。
Teachers play a leading role in school teaching. The quality of teachers will directly affect the quality of teaching. As a teacher in vocational colleges, the quality structure of teachers should be composed of education and teaching theory, professional knowledge, basic theory of professional industry, basic knowledge and practical ability Three-dimensional network structure, and this quality structure is the “double teacher” connotation. Therefore, to cultivate “dual-type” teachers and to make “double-qualified” teachers occupy a certain proportion of school teachers is a prerequisite to ensure the quality of teaching. This article talks about my own superficial opinions on the ways and mechanisms for building “double-qualified” teachers in schools.
