目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在乳腺癌的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测96例乳腺癌组织MMP-9与VEGF的表达,并与患者临床病理指标进行分析。结果乳腺癌组织MMP-9与VEGF阳性率分别为65.6%、71.9%。MMP-9与VEGF的表达均与乳腺癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。MMP-9与VEGF在乳腺癌的表达呈正相关。结论MMP-9与VEGF参与乳腺癌的发生发展过程,可作为评估乳腺癌生物学行为的一项指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in 96 cases of breast cancer and the clinical and pathological parameters were analyzed. Results The positive rates of MMP-9 and VEGF in breast cancer tissues were 65.6% and 71.9%, respectively. The expression of MMP-9 and VEGF were closely related to the pathological grade and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer (P <0.05). MMP-9 and VEGF in breast cancer expression was positively correlated. Conclusion MMP-9 and VEGF are involved in the development of breast cancer and may be used as an indicator to evaluate the biological behavior of breast cancer.
