目的该次实验将根据化痰祛瘀汤联合康复治疗对老年脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复情况进行疗效探究。方法该次实验选取了2015年2月—2016年12月在该院就诊的30例老年脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用康复治疗法,观察组则联合化痰祛瘀汤治疗,并观察患者的神经功能恢复情况和日常生活能力。结果观察组的治疗有效率为93.33%,明显优于对照组的78.57%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,两组患者在NIHSS、Barthel指数评分以及运动功能评分上均优于对照组,治疗效果显著。结论采用化痰祛瘀汤联合康复治疗对老年脑梗死患者神经功能的康复治疗具有积极意义,有利于病情的好转,改善生活质量和日常生活能力,值得在临床过程中推广应用。
Objective The experiment will be based on the Huatan Qu Yu Decoction combined rehabilitation treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction recovery of neurological efficacy of the study. Methods In this experiment, 30 elderly cerebral infarction patients treated in this hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the control group and observation group. The control group was treated by rehabilitation therapy while the observation group was united Huatan Quyu treatment, and observation of patients with neurological recovery and daily living ability. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly better than that in the control group (78.57%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). At the same time, the two groups of patients in the NIHSS, Barthel index scores and motor function scores were better than the control group, the treatment effect was significant. Conclusion The treatment of Huatanquyu Decoction combined with rehabilitation has positive significance for the rehabilitation of neurological function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction, is conducive to the improvement of the condition, the improvement of the quality of life and the ability of daily living, which is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical process.
