从2011年开始“非转农”政策的出台,社会的大量人员进入高职院校档案馆寻求相关档案资料,从而引发笔者对高职院校档案服务社会化的思考。本文本着档案法令的理解,对社会档案服务需求现象进行理性分析,结合高职院校档案馆自身馆藏和服务特点,提出高职院校档案服务应向社会化服务的服务趁势应是顺应档案服务形势,并有利于档案文化建设的观点。
Since 2011, the introduction of “non-agriculture” policy, a large number of social workers into the archives of higher vocational colleges to seek relevant archives, which led to the author of the higher vocational colleges to consider the socialization of file services. Based on the comprehension of the archives laws and regulations and the rational analysis of the demand of the social archives service, this paper puts forward that the service of the archival service of the vocational colleges should be socialized according to their own collections and service characteristics.
