目的探讨大鼠一侧MCA阻塞后行为改变的特征和评定其运动障碍的客观方法.方法雄性Wistar大鼠分成假手术和阻塞两组,阻塞组用直径0.2mm的尼龙线经在颈内动脉插入到大脑前动脉,阻塞大脑中动脉(MCA)根部。术后1、2、4、8,24、48h观察神经行为。用握-引和网屏测验评定肌力,转棒测验测定运动协调能力。结果典型的偏瘫4h后难以用肉眼查出,转圈有时相性。提尾悬空试验阳性体征持续到术后3d运动协调障碍持续到本后7d.结论提尾悬空试验阳性是一侧MCA阻塞的特征性表现,转体测验能对运动协调能力定量评定.
Objective To investigate the characteristics of behavioral changes after occlusion of MCA in rats and objective methods for assessing their dyskinesia. Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into two groups: sham operation and occlusion. The occlusion group was inserted into the anterior cerebral artery via the internal carotid artery and occluded the middle of the middle cerebral artery (MCA). Neurological behavior was observed at 1, 2, 4, 8, 24 and 48 h after operation. Grasping - Citation and screen test to assess muscle strength, rotation rod test to measure motor coordination. Results typical 4h after hemiplegia difficult to detect with the naked eye, sometimes circling circle. Tail suspended test positive signs continued until 3d motor coordination disorders continued until after 7d. Conclusions Positive tail suspension test is the characteristic manifestation of MCA occlusion on one side. Swivel test can quantitatively evaluate the coordination ability of motor.
