玉米自交系丹1324是丹东农业科学院以NN14Bht2为母本,Mo17为父本于1986年组配,经与Mo17及其变异株回交自交选育而成,后转入“C”型胞质雄性不育基因。以该系为母本组配的杂交种丹玉18号、丹玉22号、丹玉27号。丹玉27号在生产上每年呈逐渐上升趋势。其中,丹玉27号特别适合辽宁的香瓜下茬以及山东、河南的小麦下茬。生产上丹1324的繁育体系为:第一年,将原原种丹1324A、B等行种植在原种混系繁殖田,A、B单收、单放。第二年,A、B等量混合扩繁原种一代,混合收获;第三年,用原种一代扩繁种配制杂交种。不可越代繁殖,亲本扩繁不能超过2代,否则不育株率将增加到70%以上。
