为研究比较未经治疗的早期B-CLL及正常供体外周血(PB)和骨髓(BM)白细胞介素2(IL2)的产生。作者分离试验组(B-CLL12例)和正常对照组(10例)PB和BM中单个核细胞(MCs),并提取IL2,用鼠IL2敏感的细胞株CTLI 2测定两组的IL2。~3HTdr掺合法设定诱导最大~3HTdr掺合值的一半所需的IL2为I U/ml。结果发现在正常供体BM和PB中T细胞仅分别占MCs的10%和61%。BM每个T细胞分泌的IL2比PB多5.4倍,此系辅助细胞产生IL2在BM比PB更为有效的缘故。为探索非T细胞介导的辅助细胞调控IL2产生的作用,在培养中加入消炎痛或孵育前
To compare the production of peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow (BM) interleukin 2 (IL2) in untreated early B-CLL and normal donors. The authors isolated mononuclear cells (MCs) from the test group (B-CLL 12 cases) and normal control group (10 cases) PB and BM, and extracted IL2, using the IL2 sensitive cell line CTLI 2 to determine IL2 in both groups. The ~3HTdr doping set IL2 required to induce half of the maximum ~3HTdr blending value is I U/ml. As a result, it was found that T cells in normal donor BM and PB only accounted for 10% and 61% of MCs, respectively. The IL2 secreted by each T cell of BM is 5.4 times more than that of PB. This is the reason why the helper cells produce IL2 which is more effective than BM in BM. To explore the role of non-T cell-mediated helper cells in regulating IL2 production, add indomethacin or before incubation
