介绍了某电厂500kV GIS设备全电压运行后,盆式绝缘子表面闪络引起的GIS导体对外壳放电的故障。从保护装置动作信息初步确定了故障点区域,经设备绝缘测量确定了故障点具体区域,再经故障点区域设备拆解,查找故障原因是盆式绝缘子闪络。通过设备拆解分析产生闪络的因素是安装时杂质进去该区域,最后从笔者提出针对电厂要检测其余SF6气室,消除可能存在的隐患,安装施工环节厂家人员与监理一同监督施工环节,加强施工质量的防范措施。
