经济新常态下,我国传统铁路货运面临特殊的机遇和挑战。在分析现代物流特征和铁路货运优劣势的基础上,给出了铁路货运向现代物流转型的措施和建议。传统铁路货运转型成为现代物流企业,既可以提高铁路运输的服务质量,增强其在运输市场中的竞争力,又能够降低全社会的物流成本,促进我国经济体制改革。
Under the new economic normal, China’s traditional railway freight transport faces special opportunities and challenges. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of modern logistics and the advantages and disadvantages of railway freight transportation, the measures and suggestions for the transition of railway freight transportation to modern logistics are given. The transformation of traditional railway freight transport into a modern logistics enterprise can not only improve the service quality of railway transportation, enhance its competitiveness in the transportation market, but also reduce the logistics costs of the entire society and promote the reform of China’s economic system.
