攀钢提钒炼钢厂转炉原来使用焦油白云石炉衬砖和火砖块造渣制度,炉令低、吨钢炉衬材料消耗高。1980年初北京钢铁学院与攀钢合作进行此项课题的研究取得了以下三项成果: 一、找到了攀钢投产以来转炉炉令低的原因,是渣中FeO_n和Al_2O_3含量偏高,冶炼转炉终渣熔点比其它厂低100℃以上,炉衬侵蚀严重,而V_2O_5和TiO_2在目前含量范围内对炉令的影响是次要的。并对MnO和MgO在渣中的作用进行了研究,在此基础上多次在
