利用废盐酸对低品位菱锰矿进行了扩大浸出试验,并对除钙工艺进行优化。结果表明:扩大试验锰浸出率可达95%;氯化锰溶液中钙浓度低于5 g.L-1时,钙不会随结晶析出;草酸和硫酸锰对浸出液除钙后溶液中钙含量分别还有8.3和7.9 g.L-1;利用硫酸锰在浸出过程中同时除钙,过量系数为0.8时,浸出液经一次浓缩(浓缩比0.25)后钙浓度可降至1.7 g.L-1,除钙率达到96%,省略了额外的除钙工序,一次浓缩后获得石膏纤维副产品。
