1目的探讨视频辅助实时仿真训练(VARS)对唐山市社区居民掌握急救知识与技能的影响。2方法对唐山市路北区山西里社区卫生服务中心管辖的年龄在18岁以上的符合纳入标准的社区居民进行问卷调查,按照随机数字表法从中抽取100名居民,再按照“不平衡指数最小化”的原则随机分为对照组和实验组,每组50人。对照组不采取任何干预措施,实验组则采用视频辅助实时仿真训练。训练3个月后,采用试卷考试和实践操作2种方式进行考核,观察两组训练前后急救知识及技能的掌握程度。3结果训练前对照组和实验组试卷考试得分、实践操作得分及总分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后两组组间比较,实验组在试卷分、实践操作分及总分方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4结论视频辅助实时仿真训练能够较快地提高社区居民对急救知识掌握程度和急救技能熟练程度。
1 Objective To explore the influence of video-assisted real-time simulation training (VARS) on first-aid knowledge and skills of community residents in Tangshan. 2 Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among community residents aged 18 years and older who were under the jurisdiction of Shanxi Lixi District Community Health Service Center of Tangshan City and 100 residents were drawn according to the random number table method and then according to the imbalance index Minimize "principle were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 50 people. The control group did not take any interventions, while the experimental group used video-assisted real-time simulation training. After 3 months of training, two methods of paper examination and practical operation were used to assess the mastery of first aid knowledge and skills before and after training. 3 results before training control group and experimental group examination papers score, the score of practice operation and the total score was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); after training between the two groups, the experimental group in the test papers, practice and total score Points were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). 4 Conclusion Video-assisted real-time simulation training can quickly improve community residents first aid knowledge and first aid skills proficiency.
