我国著名教育家叶澜说过:“教育是直面人的生命,为了人的生命质量的提高而进行的社会活动……”学困生是学生中的弱势群体,他们的生命价值理应得到尊重。非智力因素学困生形成的原因是多方面的。笔者经过研究和梳理,认为大致有以下几个因素:学生的学习兴趣不浓厚,目的不明确,自信心不足,自制力不强,学习方法不当,学习能力较弱;教师对教材的理解不够透彻,对学情的把握不够准确,对教法选择不够得当,对学法的指导不够到位;家长教育方法不当,部分家长对孩子的学习放任自由,孩子作业是否按要求做完,很少过问。针对以上因素,如何通过校内进行干预从而达到学困生的转化,我们做了一些尝试,也总结出了一些有效的做
