目的:研究多排CT螺旋和横断扫描技术在新生儿颅脑检查中的参数设置效果。方法:使用螺旋和横断两种不同扫描方式对该院2013年1月至2014年1月期间采取这种治疗的新生儿颅脑疾病患者160例,采取逐渐降低扫描参数的方式来进行检测,在得出新生儿颅脑情况后,做出最佳的判别方法。并针对两种方法的检测效果进行对比,判断检测结果的具体效果,扫描过程中,采取分组扫描的形式进行,对每组扫描的结果进行专家判断,对图像的清晰度以及脑组织的层次进行划分,分析每组图像中所显示出来的情况,并做对比。结果:多排CT螺旋扫描的最低使用扫描70mAs,横断扫描最低40 mAs,两组的最低扫描参数均符合常规扫描要求,且效果符合判断标准。结论:多排螺旋CT扫描中最合适的扫描方式是横断扫描,其最低扫描参数为120 KV,40 mAs,在临床的诊断扫描中,可进行普及使用。
Objective: To study the parameter setting effect of multi-slice CT helical and transverse scan in neonatal brain examination. Conclusion: The most suitable scanning method in multislice spiral CT scan is transection scan with the lowest scan parameter of 120 KV and 40 mAs, which can be widely used in clinical diagnostic scanning.
