近年来,我们进行了木屑、蔗渣、油茶蒲三种基质和瓶栽、袋栽及开放式三种工艺栽培香菇的试验。现将情况简述如下:一、配方:木屑组:除含有树脂酸、芳香油等有挥发性的树种外,凡是阔叶树茎、枝的木屑均可。以单一树种为好,混合树种的木屑亦行。配方:干木屑72.5％,麦皮25％,石膏1％,蔗糖1.5％。蔗渣组:蔗渣是榨糖的下脚料。据分析:含粗纤维68.7％、粗灰份0.27％,粗脂肪1.16％,粗蛋白2.54％。配方:(1)干蔗渣(新鲜晒干,用1.3厘米正方口径的竹筛过筛,筛面上的用饲料粉碎机粉碎)70％、麦皮28.5％、石膏1.5％。(2)干蔗渣50％、木屑22％、麦皮25％,石膏1.5％,蔗糖0.5％。
