(摘要)为加强行政机关公务员(以下简称“公务员”)队伍建设,全面提升公务员素质和履职能力,省人力资源社会保障厅、省公务员局拟定《山东省“十三五”行政机关公务员培训规划》(以下简称“《培训规划》”)。近日,山东省人民政府办公厅向各市人民政府,各县(市、区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构转发了《培训规划》。现摘要如下:
