本文简述了气体闪烁正比管的原理、基本结构和制作工艺,对~(55)Fe 5.9keV X射线得到的能量分辨率约为9％。
In this paper, the principle, basic structure and fabrication process of gas scintillation proportional tube are briefly described. The energy resolution of ~ (55) Fe 5.9keV X-ray is about 9%.
