远程会诊是医疗机构间运用现代化通讯手段,达到远程异地医疗会诊目的的一种服务方式。随着高科技的发展,利用多媒体计算机技术、先进的通信设备和网络技术进行远距离医疗服务,已成为国内外卫生系统和电子行业十分关注的重大科技课题。国家疾病预防控制中心职业卫生与中毒控制所于2009年6月建成了化学中毒医疗救治基地远程会诊系统,该系统能使国家级基地与省级基地间完成即时沟通联系、突发事件会商和患者医疗救治远程会诊等工作。
