本文介绍了一种以小鼠肠上皮细胞为靶细胞，以大肠杆菌的半乳糖苷酶活性来反映粘附菌量的体外模型。此模型能准确地表现致病性大肠杆菌（ＥＰＥＣ）对宿主肠道上皮细胞的粘附状况，并具有操作简便，客观性强的特点，适用于对ＥＰＥＣ粘附及抗粘附机制的研究。
In this paper, an in vitro model of murine intestinal epithelial cells as a target cell to Escherichia coli galactosidase activity to reflect the amount of adhesion bacteria in vitro model. This model can accurately show the adhesion of pathogenic E.coli (EPEC) to the host intestinal epithelial cells and has the advantages of simple operation and strong objectivity. It is suitable for studying the adhesion and anti-adhesion mechanism of EPEC.
