哺乳动物中,只有小部分基因转录成为编码蛋白质的RNA,大量的基因则转录为不能编码蛋白质的RNA,即nc RNA。长非编码RNA(lnc RNAs)是分子长度在200-100000 nt之间的一类nc RNA。lnc RNAs的数量超过蛋白质编码基因的数量。目前,对长非编码RNA(lnc RNAs)的生物学特性,转录调控以及其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制的研究任然是RNA研究的热点。lnc RNAs通过控制染色质重塑,转录调控和录转录后调控而在基因的转录调节中发挥了重要作用。lnc RNAs与多种肿瘤相关,并且在抑制因素和促进因素中都具有重要的作用。众多文献报道的结果表明lnc RNAs参与调控基因表达,在正常细胞与肿瘤细胞的转换中起到至关重要的作用。
In mammals, only a small percentage of genes are transcribed into RNAs that encode proteins, and a large number of genes are transcribed into non-protein-encoding RNAs, ncRNAs. Long non-coding RNA (lnc RNAs) is a type of nc RNA with a molecular length between 200 and 100000 nt. The number of lnc RNAs exceeds the number of protein-coding genes. At present, the research on biological characteristics, transcriptional regulation and mechanism of long non-coding RNAs (lnc RNAs) in tumorigenesis is still a hot topic in RNA research. lnc RNAs play an important role in the transcriptional regulation of genes by controlling chromatin remodeling, transcriptional regulation and post-transcriptional regulation. lnc RNAs are associated with a variety of tumors and have an important role as suppressors and facilitators. The results reported in many literatures indicate that lnc RNAs are involved in the regulation of gene expression and play a crucial role in the switch between normal cells and tumor cells.
