基于无网格SPH法对三维金属锻造成形进行模拟。建立了无网格SPH法镦粗成形模型并进行数值模拟,所得结果与传统有限元法进行对比,结果表明,无网格SPH法在金属体积成形中具有有效性;解决了有限元方法应用于金属成形中由于网格畸变而造成的网格重构和精度降低的问题,具有一定的工程参考价值。
The three-dimensional metal forging is simulated based on the meshless SPH method. The method of meshless SPH upsetting is established and compared with the traditional finite element method. The results show that meshless SPH method is effective in forming metal volume. The finite element method Metal forming due to grid distortion caused by grid reconstruction and reduce the accuracy of the problem, with some engineering reference value.
