热休克蛋白 (HSP)与肿瘤免疫的关系是近年来的研究热点之一。HSP肽复合物携带有多个T细胞表位 ,通过与APC细胞上的受体结合而内化 ,经MHCⅠ类途径诱导特异性抗肿瘤免疫应答。HSP与抗原的融合蛋白也能激活抗原特异性的CTL反应。HSP肽复合物和HSP融合蛋白可用于肿瘤的特异性免疫治疗 ,临床应用前景广阔。
The relationship between heat shock protein (HSP) and tumor immunity is one of the hot topics in recent years. HSP peptide complexes carry multiple T cell epitopes that internalize by binding to receptors on APC cells and induce specific anti-tumor immune responses via the MHC class I pathway. Fusion proteins between HSP and antigen also activate antigen-specific CTL responses. HSP peptide complex and HSP fusion protein can be used for tumor-specific immunotherapy, and have broad clinical application prospects.
