本文通过表象训练方法在铅球教学中的实践运用,证明“表象训练法”教学能加快和完善铅球技术动作的形成和掌握,其效果优于传统教学。
Through the practice and application of the imagery training method in shot put teaching, this paper proves that “image training method ” teaching can speed up and improve the formation and mastery of the shot-putting technique. Its effect is superior to the traditional teaching.
