在检测污水中沙门氏菌时,需选用适当的增菌液以便提高检出率。为此我们于1985～1986年检查医院、屠宰厂污水中沙门氏菌时,选用了Prassiliadis提出的R_(10)与SFM增菌液进行效果比较。
In the detection of Salmonella in sewage, the need to select the appropriate enrichment broth in order to improve the detection rate. To this end, we checked the effect of the R_ (10) proposed by Prassiliadis and the SFM-enriched broth during the inspection of salmonella in hospitals and slaughterhouses from 1985 to 1986.
