目的:探讨雷公藤多苷的减毒增效作用,为其临床应用提供参考。方法:采用均匀设计方法,将雷公藤多苷(TWP)混悬液与女贞子水煎浓缩液进行不同剂量的配比,给大鼠灌胃2周和4周,观察不同时段大鼠血液生化指标的变化。结果:大鼠灌胃给药2周时,血液生化指标改变不明显(P>0.05),大鼠灌胃给药4周时给药组第3组,第4组,和第5组的肌酸激酶(CK)数据与第6组(空白对照组)比较有明显升高(P<0.05)。丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)也有明显上升(P<0.05)。其它生化指标与空白对照组比较无明显变化。结论:雷公藤多苷与女贞子剂量比(mg∶g)为150∶0时肌酸激酶数值最大,为60∶4时,肌酸激酶数值最小,提示女贞子对雷公藤多苷在一定程度上有减毒作用,并推测可能出现毒性的中毒靶器官为心脏和肝脏。
OBJECTIVE: To study the attenuated and synergistic effects of tripterygium glycosides and to provide references for its clinical application. Methods: The uniform design method, the Tripterygium glycosides (TWP) suspension and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi decoction of different doses of ratio, to rats for 2 weeks and 4 weeks, observed at different periods of rat blood Biochemical changes. Results: After two weeks of intragastric administration, there was no significant change in the biochemical parameters of blood (P> 0.05). The rats in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th groups The level of acid kinase (CK) was significantly higher than that of group 6 (blank control group) (P <0.05). Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) also increased significantly (P <0.05). Other biochemical indicators compared with the blank control group no significant change. CONCLUSION: Creatine kinase is maximal at doses of tripterygium wilfordii and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi at 150: 0, with a minimum creatine kinase of 60: 4, suggesting that Ligustrum lucidum To some extent, there is attenuated effect, and speculated that toxic poisoning target organs for the heart and liver.
