新年伊始,湖南张家界慈利县县委、县政府发至社会各界的贺年明信片,格外引人注目。首先这是慈利县第一套“贺年金卡”,旨在宣传本地的风光名胜,扩大慈利旅游的知名度。其次鸡年有奖明信片背面图案选取了本地摄影师、集邮爱好者肖高键先生的摄影作品《中国南武当——慈利县五雷山金顶夕照》、《慈利风光——赵家垭水库》。贺年明信片图案摄影作者肖高键是位土生土长的慈利人,长年生活工作在慈利,对故土有着深厚的感情。他从10岁开始集邮,擅长写作和摄影,爱好音乐和美术,改革开放以来已在国内数十家报刊发表邮文和摄影作品数百篇幅,尤以集邮人物访谈和张家界山水风光摄影见长。其摄影作品《老邮迷》在’99世界邮展摄影作品大赛中荣获三等奖。2003 年10月出版了他第一部集邮文章和摄影作品专著《邮坛剪影》。

Since the reform and opening up, he has published hundreds of postings and photographs in dozens of newspapers and periodicals in China, especially philatelists and Zhangjiajie landscape photography. His photographic “Old Post Belt” won the third prize in the ’99 World Post Exhibition Photo Contest. In October 2003, he published his first philately article and the photographic monograph “The silhouette of the chaplain.”
