金相检验、失效分析中,常需试样的无氧化加热退火、正火。现介绍一种简易的方法:无氧化加热采用小型坩埚电炉,根据试样大小可选非金属材料分析用报废了的小瓷坩埚。把事先经脱水的工业硼砂分批加入坩埚,作为加热介质。待全部熔化后,加入0.1克左右的工业纯铝,并充分搅拌硼砂溶液。十分钟后,把用四氯化碳清洗干净的试样迅速放入坩埚并立即压入硼砂液内,同时略加搅动后恒温。因坩
