目的探讨佛手挥发油对哮喘动物的止咳、平喘、祛痰作用。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取佛手挥发油,对实验组豚鼠和小鼠预先以高、中、低剂量的佛手挥发油(豚鼠用药剂量分别为1.080、0.540、0.108 g.kg-1,小鼠用药剂量分别为1.753、0.877、0.175 g.kg-1)灌胃,模型对照组动物则以9 g.L-1盐水灌胃,另外采用急支糖浆、氨茶碱、鲜竹沥为止咳、平喘、祛痰的阳性药物对照组。用药结束后观察各组在密闭玻璃实验测试箱内喷雾枸橼酸所致豚鼠引咳潜伏期、组胺喷雾致喘的潜伏期和腹腔注射苯酚红溶液后小鼠气管酚红排泌量。结果挥发油高、中、低剂量组和急支糖浆组引咳潜伏期均较模型组长(Pa<0.05,0.01)。挥发油高、中、低剂量组豚鼠在以组胺喷入致喘的潜伏期均较模型组长(Pa<0.05)。挥发油高、中、低剂量组气管酚红排泌量均显著大于模型组(Pa<0.05,0.01)。结论佛手挥发油对支气管哮喘动物具有止咳、平喘、祛痰等治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of volatile oil of bergamot on cough, asthma and expectorant in asthmatic animals. Methods The essential oil of bergamot was extracted from the guinea pigs and mice by steam distillation. The volatile oil of bergamot (high dose, medium dose and low dose) of the berberine was tested in guinea pigs (1.080,0.540,0.108 g.kg-1, 1.753,0.877,0.175 g.kg-1), the animals in the model control group were gavaged with 9 gL-1 saline. In addition, acute bronchitis syrup, aminophylline and fresh bamboo Lek were used to relieve cough, relieve asthma and expectorant Positive drug control group. At the end of the treatment, the latent period of cough inducing cough induced by citric acid spray, the incubation period of histamine spray induced asthma, and the tracheal phenol red excretion of mice after intraperitoneal injection of phenol red solution were observed in each group. Results The latent periods of cough-inducing cough in high, medium and low dose volatile oil group and acute branch syrup group were longer than model group (P <0.05, 0.01). The latent period of injecting histamine into asthmatic guinea pigs in high, medium and low dose volatile oil groups were longer than those in model group (Pa <0.05). The amount of phenolphthalein excretion in the high, middle and low dose groups of volatile oil was significantly higher than that of the model group (Pa <0.05,0.01). Conclusion Bergamot essential oil on bronchial asthma animals with cough, asthma, expectorant and other therapeutic effect.
