绩效管理作为现代企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,已经上升到企业战略管理的高度,成为提升企业绩效品绩的重要手段。电力企业作为传统的国有企业,由于尚未完全实现市场化运作,并且受到传统管理思想的影响,其实施的绩效管理并不是现代意义上的绩效管理,尚对绩效管理存在许多观念上的误区,实施效果并不理想。本文试图对电力企业绩效管理中存在的主要问题作简要的系统分析,希望能对电力企业认清自身绩效管理中存在的问题,并采取有效手段加以解决有所益处。
As an important part of modern enterprise’s human resources management, performance management has risen to the height of strategic management of enterprises and becomes an important means to improve the performance of enterprises. As a traditional state-owned enterprise, power enterprises have not fully realized the market-oriented operation and are influenced by the traditional management thoughts. The performance management of power enterprises is not performance management in the modern sense. There are many misunderstandings about performance management, The effect is not ideal. This paper attempts to make a brief and systematic analysis of the main problems in the performance management of electric power enterprises, hoping to find out the problems existing in the performance management of electric power enterprises and to take effective measures to solve the problems.
