目的 探讨板层角膜联合角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法 对11眼翼状胬肉实施板层角膜联合角膜缘上皮移植术。结果 手术均获成功，术后平均随访1年，移植未发生排斥反应，无复发。结论 板层角膜联合角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉具有较好的疗效。
