本文用七种凝集素,以ABC法对子宫内膜增生过长和子宫内膜腺癌进行了糖基定位亲合细胞化学研究。结果为:单纯性增生过长内膜腺体细胞对麦胚(WGA)、蓖麻(RCA)、刀豆(conA)和花生凝集素(PNA)呈轻度亲合阳性反应,少数(5/30)病例对荆豆凝集素(UEA)呈亲合阳性,亲合部位为腔模型。不典型增生对此五种凝素普遍呈阳性反应。囊性增生除以上述五种凝集素有明显阳性反应外,半数病例(15/30)还对大豆凝集素(SBA)呈亲合阳性。两者亲合部位大部分为腔模型,少数为全模型,内膜腺癌则对WGA、RCA、ConA、PNA、UEA、SBA和DBA(双花凝集素)七种均呈亲合阳性,且反应强度越来越强,亲合部位为胞浆型。结果显示,从内膜增生过长到内膜腺癌腺体内所含糖基数量和种类逐渐增多,且定位发生改变(定于整个胞浆)。
In this paper, seven kinds of lectins, ABC method of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma glycosylation affinity cytochemistry. The results showed that the endometrial gland cells with simple hyperplasia showed mild affinity positive reaction to wheat germ (WGA), castor bean (RCA), conA and peanut agglutinin (PNA) 30) cases of antibodies against lemongrass (UEA) were positive affinity, avidity for the cavity model. Endometrial adenocarcinoma showed positive affinity to seven of WGA, RCA, ConA, PNA, UEA, SBA and DBA The reaction intensity is getting stronger and stronger, the affinity site is cytoplasm. The results showed that from the endometrial hyperplasia to endometrial adenocarcinoma glands containing the number and type of glycosylation gradually increased, and the positioning changes (set in the entire cytoplasm).
