本文基于广义非规则维模型,提出了一种对球墨三维形貌进行定量描述的方法。用该法对Sb-Mg球铁的断口石墨形貌进行研究,结果表明利用非规则维恒权均值(FD)、FD直方图和FD值图象,可以定量地描述石墨表面的起伏程度,各类起伏的频率及其空间分布特征,从而客观地反映Sb对Mg蚌铁中球墨三维形貔的影响。
Based on the generalized non-regular dimension model, this paper presents a quantitative description of the three-dimensional morphology of the nodules. The fracture morphology of Sb-Mg ductile iron was investigated by this method. The results show that the irregularities of the surface of graphite can be quantitatively described by using the non-regular dimensional mean of persistence (FD), FD histogram and FD image. The frequency of undulation and its spatial distribution are objectively reflected by the influence of Sb on the three-dimensional shape of the nodular iron in Mg clam iron.
