我院近三年来应用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)静脉注射转复成人阵发性室上性心动过速(PSTV)60例(76例次),现报道如下:临床资科一、病例选择:60例均系门诊或急诊病例,男28例,女32例。年龄18～76岁(平均47±12岁)。病因:冠心病8例,预激综合征6例,高血压病5例,病毒性心肌炎3例,病因不明38例。60例共发作76例次,包括发作4次者1例,3次者3例,2次者7例。发作至就诊时间(1/2)h～20h,多数1～2h。所有病例均经心电图证实。二、治疗方法:所有病例均使用上海第十制药厂生产的ATP 二钠盐(每安瓿20mg/2ml)首剂量20mg,不加稀释,于5秒钟内快速静
