2013年初,国家相关文件将小吨位架桥机安装安全监控管理系统纳入了强制要求范围。中铁工程机械研究设计院根据市场需求,针对起重量为165t的小吨位TJ165型架桥机,采取将安全监控管理系统与架桥机原电气系统改造整体打包设计的方式,研发出基于ARMS3C2440控制器的嵌入式安全监控管理系统。该系统完全按照GB/T28264—2012国家标准研制,简单实用,性能可靠,具有较高的性价比。
